Ada has over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, consulting, and business operations. Her professional experience covers many of the firm’s service offerings, including adoption of new accounting pronouncements (ASC 842), audit preparation/facilitation, close process re-engineering, and systems implementation for new accounting guidance (ASC 606). Her industry experience spans technology (including software, SaaS, hardware), life sciences (biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical devices), distribution, and venture capital.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Ada was a Management Consultant with Resources Global Professionals (RGP). Her key clients included Google where she was instrumental in establishing an enterprise risk management program for the Electronic Payment Systems’ Finance Operations group and LinkedIn where she helped the company’s Strategic Ventures & Technical Accounting group develop playbooks for Mergers & Acquisitions integration activities.
Prior to RGP, she led a finance and accounting team for a $6 billion business unit at McKesson. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she specialized in the audits of public and private companies in the life sciences and venture capital sectors.
Ada is adept at building relationships and helping her business partners identify key opportunities for success. She is experienced in translating technical guidance and business needs into systems logic and requirements, and as such is able to leverage automation to help optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting organizations.
