Danelle has over 12 years of experience in both public and private accounting sectors. Her professional experience includes accounting, auditing, budgeting, and internal controls.
Danelle is experienced in a wide variety of accounting projects which include managing an accounting team that was responsible for all areas of operations and accounting functions including budgeting, cash management, monthly financial statements, account controls and personnel supervision. Her background includes audit preparation and facilitation, implementation of complex accounting pronouncements, IPO readiness, SOX 404 implementation and SEC reporting experience.
Danelle excels at project management and communication with the client. She works well with cross functional departments such as human resources and engineering to establish policies or to assist with accounting related projects.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Danelle was the accounting manager at Uber Technologies, Inc., where she supervised the global accounting team for the multi-entity, high growth company. She implemented systems and policies around equity transactions, weekly billing cycle and internal software capitalization. Prior to working in the private sector, Danelle worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP where she executed audits of both public and private companies in the biotechnology and high-tech industries. There she implemented SOX 404, performed technical accounting research, and managed audit teams through 10-K, 10-Q and S-1 filings.
