Drew has over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, SOX 404 compliance, SEC reporting, and consulting.
His experience includes managing external audits and assisting clients with technical accounting matters including acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, ASC 606, internal software capitalization, and internal controls testing and documentation. His industry experience includes technology (software), biotechnology, and manufacturing, among others.
Drew is also experienced in assisting with IPO readiness projects, including S-1 filing requirements, managing inquiries from legal counsel, underwriters, and the SEC.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Drew was a Manager at Ernst & Young LLP; serving both public and pre-IPO clients in the Southeast area of the United States.
