Wendi has over 21 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations. The majority of her experience is from working in the private sector and includes audit preparation and facilitation, due diligence, private placements, investor reporting, budgeting, forecasting, debt and equity securities, governmental contracts, monthly reconciliations, and managing an accounting department that included accounting functions such as purchasing, payables, receivables, and fixed assets.
Wendi was also responsible for organizing and implementing accounting procedures, documentation and implementation of internal controls and policies and procedures for key financial areas and personnel supervision. Wendi has experience in financial statement reporting and footnote disclosures in both private and fund accounting.
Since starting with ARC Consulting LLC at the beginning of 2016, Wendi has worked on a variety of consulting projects like SEC reporting (10Ks and 10Qs), ASC 606 Revenue Recognition, financial audit preparation, financial statement reporting and footnote disclosures. Since working for ARC her industry experience includes technology (software and SaaS) and biotechnology.
