Andrew has more than 10 years of experience in finance operation, system and operation work flow processes, equity/debt financing structure, project return evaluation, financial planning, capital budgeting, operational cost management, and acquisition due-diligence. In addition, he is an expert in formulating relationship and structure framework of financial model/system and possesses advance technical knowledge (i.e. Formula, VBA, ODBC connection, etc.) to Excel-based modeling. Some of the projects Andrew worked on include revenue recognition, commission administration, workflow control, big data analytics, financial forecasts, process automation, financial modeling (i.e. revenue recognition, commission, capital budget, ROI, buy vs lease, cash flow projection, etc.), and target acquisition due diligence. Andrew primarily has experience working with clients in the ad network, ad platform, software, software as a service, e-commerce and real estate industries. He has also worked on financial statement audit preparation engagements and has assisted companies preparing for initial public offerings (IPOs).
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Andrew worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager and Senior Financial Analyst at InPowered (formerly known as NetShelter Technology Media) and Delivery Agent, respectively. During his tenure, he helped implement processes to streamline data across ERP, CRM, and ad trafficking platforms and led the effort in improving the Annual Operating Planning (AOP) and monthly forecasting process by integrating ERP (MS Dynamics GP) with custom Excel-based planning tool.
