Mark has more than 13 years of experience providing auditing, accounting and consulting services.
His accounting experience includes research of complex accounting issues, financial statement reporting, external audits and Internal Control, SOX compliance.
Throughout his career, Mark has worked on public and private clients in a variety of industries including software, biotech, manufacturing, service, consumer products and private equity.
He has a strong US GAAP background and is experienced with accounting topics such as stock-based compensation, fair value measurements, debt/equity financing, inventory, and business combinations.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Mark was in Assurance at Moss Adams and Grant Thornton.
