Jason has over 12 years of experience in accounting, auditing and consulting. His experience includes all of the firms’ service offerings, including audit preparation for public and private companies, financial statement reporting, technical accounting matters including the new revenue standard (ASC 606), along with international and domestic tax compliance.
Jason strives to deliver excellent client service through strong project management skills, timely communication, and attention to detail. He works to meet his clients’ needs and expectations by delivering a high-quality work product. His previous projects include IPO transactions, financial audit preparation and assistance, SEC reporting and various technical accounting issues including equity, debt, acquisitions and leases.
Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Jason was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While at PwC, he provided accounting and tax services to both public and private clients across the Southeast United States in industries such as banking and financial services, insurance, manufacturing and production, healthcare, software, and retail.
