Claire has over 10 years experience in customer service administration, travel management, account and project management. She is recognized as a strong, focused, and proactive worker adept in resolving problems, finding solutions, improving processes, and implementing change.

She has proven record of building long lasting business relationships with vendors, partners, collaborators, customers as well as the ARC team. She is a sound team player with broad skill sets that is always ready to get things done no matter how small or how big the task is.

Prior to joining ARC Consulting, Claire spent many years in corporate travel where she provided travel support to C-suite members and managed client accounts.  She came to ARC after spending 3 years at PwC where she was the executive assistant for the Risk Assurance and Assurance teams in both San Jose, CA and San Francisco, CA.

Claire has experience with  Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Quickbooks, Salesforce,  Concur, Lotus Notes.
